Fear has one job, and it does it very, very well. (Maybe too well?) It can overcorrect and keep us stuck, immobilized, unable to make a decision or move forward.

And, these fears are not because you did something wrong… or there’s something wrong with you. Our brains are biologically hardwired for fear — because millions of years ago, it was critical for our survival.
