End of the Year Alignment:
Values, Feelings, Intentions, Oh my!

Topic Image

The Trifecta of Alignment is Values, Feelings and Intentions. Sure, the brain matters yet it’s our feelings that run the show. When our feelings align with our values we have peace and when our feelings align with our intentions we have action, motivation, movement forward.

It’s December and time to release what no longer serves us and claim what is ours and ours alone. The way to determine what to release and what to claim stems from our values, feelings, and intentions.

Pssst. Alignment is the pathway to peace.
